TL Real Estates offers for rent a huge apartment situated on the 4th floor of a modern building that is part of the prestigious complex “Apartamenty Ludwinów” located in a beautiful area of the Vistula River bank, near the center of Cracow, Kazimierz Jewish district and the Ojca Bernatka footbridge. The building has monitoring and security as also there is an indoor swimming pool and a gym for the use of its occupant.

The offered property consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen, three rooms (which one of is transitive/walkthrough), bathroom, toilet, utility room/laundry room, hall and two terraces (23 m2 with a view of Wawel and 12 m2 with a view of the Wilga river). A refundable security deposit in the amount of one monthly rent + administration fee rent and a commission fee for the agency are required. The owner may ask to sign the occasional lease agreement however he will cover all the related notary costs. It is possible to rent the property for commercial business activity (not related to high customer traffic) for the price of 7250 PLN per month (simplified invoice from the private person, so there will be no VAT tax).
